		<description><![CDATA[Bob, your column is based on a false premise. Actually, if Obama failed to follow our Congressionally-authorized treaty with the UN to support humanitarian military endeavors approved by the UN Security Council, in this case to save the lives of those Libyans targeted by Khadaffy&#039;s dictatorship (one of the primary reasons the UN was founded in the first place) -- he would be violating his Constitutional oath as all treaties entered into by the US have the same force as Constitutional law. In fact, Obama has not violated the War Powers Act as he did not initiate a war in Libya; the UN sanctioned the use of military force to prevent a massacre and we are one of the UN signatory nations, along with France and the UK, who are bound by treaty to support such operations. Bob, you should know better than most: Just because the right-wing GOP and the MSM believe something to be true does not mean it&#039;s the truth.
