		<description><![CDATA[Hang in Jane. I did it - took out all white food which automatically cut out most foods with gluten (pasta was the hardest). And I did it on the diet alone - didn&#039;t join a damn gym!

Lost 27 pounds in five months . . . and it&#039;s staying off so far. Two things: 1) try to be the person in control of what you eat (I&#039;m single which makes it easier) and 2) treat yourself to the highest quality in the foods you eat, which will be mostly fresh, non processed anyway. One more thing - make sure you eat three meals - especially breakfast - don&#039;t skip it! I&#039;m started having one single fried egg (no toast!) and it seemed like orphan food at first, but eventually it became, well, it became what I ate for breakfast and it was fine.
