Halliburton has been GIVEN “NO BID” contracts all along thanks to their employee and big stockholder Dick Cheney. How much more LUCRATIVE do they need to get after overcharging billions of dollars on contracts, charging for supplies and services not delivered, and screwing our troops by charging outragious fees for laundry, contaminated drinking water and meals NOT DELIVERED.

From Dubai they will be able to LAUNDER all the dirty money the GOP and BFEE steal without any intervention from any law inforcement.
