In this latest flap, he double-billed the taxpayers for his security. It’s bad enough that he took the money from funds intended for the handicapped, but New Yorkers got to pay both for Gracie Mansion security for jilted wife Donna, and for Rudy’s love nest in the Hamptons with current spouse Judi Nathan.

Also, when are Rudy and Judi going to come up with one single coherent story of how they met? Friends say she was giving handjobs to rich guys in a cigar bar and it’s understandable, while he was married to Donna, why Der Mare might not want that known to the public but, now that they’re legal, who cares?
