I don’t agree with ANYONE completely — when you start nodding your head ‘yes’ to every thought that comes down the pipe you turn into one of Rushbo’s Dittoheads.

I agree with about 90 percent of what Bart writes, and he’s funny as hell. He also deserves a wider audience — they should give him his own show at MSNBC. (Bart, I’ll expect that check in the mail…;)

It fits Ron Paul.

He has the old fashioned idea that he wants to be elected by ALL the people.

In the same way, I don’t agreee with all Bartcop says – but I donate, because it’s the best I know.

Am I duped? Is bart cop politically naive to accept support from me?

I think I am acting for freedom by donating, and I think Bart Cop is doing a great job.

I am not looking for a pony!

Not to defend Paul for taking donations from white racists, but shouldn’t this be applied equally to all Republican candidates? Many GOP candidates in the south take campaign contributions form various ‘white citizen’s council’ type groups and I never hear them called to account until they hang some black guy from a tree. For that matter, Willy Mitt Romney belongs to a church that prohibitied black membership until 1978, yet he never spoke out against that bit of racism, and I’d like to have a poll of how many Mormons still harbor the belief that blacks are inherently inferior.

I’m paraphrasing here but Paul remarked something to the effect that just because he accepts a donation doesn’t mean he endorses or condones the givers beliefs. Where would rejecting a donation stop? Should he do a background check and reject everyone that doesn’t mirror his beliefs? Find another straw man.
