If He is,then it is’nt any of your buisness.

I would guess the cause of the fire was that Cheney was having a 4:20 bonghit4jesus and after tamping the cache out a smoldering seed ignited some hash oil residue which progressed to the other non-executives liquor cabinet.
I have it on good authority that the pomegranite flavored emotionlotion is damn near impossible to extiguish,must be those exotic warming oils.
