Hello, Oh Long Winded One, have you been taking lessons from The Scribe?
Excellent writing as usual, however.

I don’t understand McCain’s popularity either. With his McCain/Feingold assult on freedom of speech and his McCain/Kennedy/Feinstein/Bush amnesty bill of late, McCain is toast.

I’m delighted to see the absolute unknowns Obama and Huck rocketing upward in the night sky showering us with bursts of hope, new ideas, and in Obama’s case that one word, experience… oops! sorry – CHANGE.

And then there’s Hillary. In New Hampshire it’s kind of like a real election; but the corporately-vetted Plastic Woman with carloads of cash will not prevail here. And, Hill sparks no heat or light in her canned public appearances.
God this primary is fun!

Thnaks for the compliment, Joeseph. You’re probably right, but I don’t understand the sudden ‘surge’ for McCain in NH — I haven’t seen it among the Republicans I’ve met.

I also don’t know how this post ended up being one long sentence — it started life with paragraphs and spaces between them.

Well, I think McCain will pull off the win in NH tomorrow, and he may end up as the compromise candidate after a brokered Republican convention.
