Like America under Bush-Cheney, these are the insane actions of a paranoid and belligent ultra-right-wing Israeli government headed by madmen who apparently believe they are protecting their country with these crazed acts of piracy and intimidation. I hope the moderates and liberals in Israel get behind one candidate and oust Netanyahu and his fetid crew from office — and I hope it’s not too late by the time they do it.

BTW, Jane, referring to one of your earlier columns here, I hope none of your friends aboard those aid ships were affected by Israel’s acts of piracy on the high seas.
