why isn’t the Securities and Exchange commission included in that lineup? Eight times the SEC was informed about Madoff and did nothing. And our taxes pay their salaries.

SCOTUS, DOJ, REPUBLICN CONGRESS CRITTERS could easily be added. Per John Woo, the president has unlimited powers.
