It’s almost unbearable when a wife has to deal with her husband’s unfaithfulness but to have it spread across the media must be a nightmare for her and their kids. I would not ever trust that scumbag again.
I hope she will hold his feet to the fire and nail his balls to the wall. What kind of future is there for them as a family? None, as far as I can see.

@ Rain: Thanks for that, but I think they’ll need armed guards to get rid of Sanford.
@ SusanW: She formerly worked as a VP on Wall Street, so she’s apparently willing to stick around as long as this mope has a good job — like governor of SC, for instance. I think as soon as he’s out of office, she’ll be out the door too.
